TRIA – An American Brasserie offers inspired cui­sine uniquely prepared and presented in a casual and engaging atmosphere. The seasonal American menu highlights local and sustainable foods.

TRIA has its own organic garden on site with a totally organic and sustainable compost maker. The culinary team use nothing but organic fertilizer and topsoil to grow a garden that will produce vegetables and herbs for TRIA and banquet creations.

Specialties include the Angry Seafood Cocktail, Pork Plate with Roast Tenderloin, Seared Diver Scallops with Sweet Pea Puree, and The Henry Burger with Black Angus Beef. Flatbreads and pasta dishes are also signatures of TRIA. The Chef’s “inspired” Mac n’ Cheese is based on unique ways the chefs use different ingredients such as truffles, Michigan cheeses, roasted red peppers, or dry aged ham to perfect the ultimate comfort food.

To celebrate the grape, TRIA has assembled more than 50 wines by the glass available in four sizes, in­cluding an 8 oz. quartino meant for sharing.
